During this program, our professional staff will help participants to improve their overall fitness, as well as ensure that they are eating properly to preserve or improve their health. Postpone the undesirable effects of aging through exercise and preventive care.

Making a change to become more active can be tougher than it seems. We understand, it’s hard to do alone and without support. When it gets tough, you will have the support from your coach and a group of others, who, just like you, are making a choice for better health.

- Balance, proprioception and stability training targeted towards reducing falls
- Posture and movement pattern protocols
