APS takes team training seriously!

Our program is specific to each team, taking into consideration the season and overall team goals.

Each individual athlete focuses on their own development: building muscle, adjusting nutrition, improving strength, gaining speed, all while hopefully avoiding injury… it’s only natural. To be part of a team is something else entirely, however. Teamwork is an essential component of victory — on the ice, on the field, and on the court — and the APS team training program promises to boost accountability, efficiency, and individual output to help you get the win.

Each program is designed specifically for your team, and is based on each athlete’s age, skill level, and fitness testing results.
